Aikido is a non-violent martial art founded in Japan. It provides excellent physical and mental conditioning, which enable a person under attack to assume control of their situation without contributing to the creation of violence. Aikido is a philosophy with physical expression. |
'Life itself is always a trial. In training, you must test and polish yourself in order to face the great challenges of life.'
